the Vampirella.com web site ("the Site").

contests, to join the Official Vampirella Fan Club,
to post messages on the Site, or to receive our retailer
promo pack, Harris collects personally identifiable
information as indicated in each such area of the
Site, including your name, address, email address,
zip code, phone number, and gender. Harris may also
collect data related to the areas of Harris that you
visit and how often you visit those areas.
Harris will make an effort to include
a link to the Privacy Policy whenever we ask you for
additional personally identifiable information.
How is my personally identifiable information
used?
We use the personally identifiable information on
our subscription form to ensure proper delivery of
your issues of Vampirella, and your e-mail or mail-in
contact information in connection with our contests,
sweepstakes and other promotions in order to ensure
the validity of your entries, to notify you if you
are a winner, to send information about Vampirella,
other Harris publications and other Site features
prizes and offers via email (unless you have opted
out of receiving these types of communications), to
send you advertising from selected Harris partners
and advertisers (unless you have opted out of receiving
these types of communications) and to ensure that
we comply with applicable laws.
We may also aggregate the information
we collect to develop certain summary reports for
our partners and/or advertisers. We provide this information
to assist our partners and/or advertisers in determining
how to promote their products and services. In so
doing, we do not reveal personally identifiable information
or disclose specifically who saw or clicked on their

Who has access to my personally
identifiable information?
Only Harris has ongoing access to your personally
identifiable information.
Harris works hard to ensure that your

information, we cannot guarantee the security of any

You can choose at anytime to opt out
of receiving emails from Harris or from having your
personally identifiable information shared in any
fashion with selected companies. If you wish to do
so send an email to webmaster@vampirella.com. If you
send us a message with the phrase "remove"
in the subject line we will not disclose your personally
identifiable information or send you emails or other
offers or promotions. However, Harris may continue
to use your personally identifiable information for
internal purposes, to conduct contests, sweepstakes
and promotions, to enhance your user experience or
as necessary to administer the Site or comply with
applicable law.
What happens
when I go to linked sites?
When you are on Harris, you may be
directed to other sites that are beyond our control.
For example, if you "click" on a sponsors
logo, the "click" may take you off the Harris
Site. These other sites may independently collect
data, solicit personally identifiable information,
or send their own cookies to you. Harris is not responsible
for any use of the information including click-stream
data that you may create when using such 3rd party
sites.
What is Harris's
policy regarding children's privacy?
Harris is committed to the safety of our children.
Children under 13 may not register or participate
in any contest, sweepstakes or promotion on the Site..
The Site is neither directed to nor intended for children
under 13. Any child under 13 who chooses to use the
Site should always ask a parent for permission before
sending any information to the Site. In addition:
- Harris will not request or knowingly collect
from a child any information online that can be

Harris?
